The Tech Help Desk portal is the central point of contact for District staff, students, and students' families. All users will be able to report any technical problems with our software systems and hardware devices.
If you are experiencing issues with Google Services (Classroom, Meet, G Drive, Docs) check the Google Cloud status dashboard. Check the Seesaw dashboard for Seesaw status.

Please contact your teacher if your Google Meet link is not working or if your student is missing any Google Classrooms.
If you are experiencing connection problems with Google Classroom, Google Meet, Seesaw, and/or other portals used by students, please restart the app (or Chromebook) and try connecting again. Our vendors are working hard to improve connectivity and provide a better virtual experience for our students.
