Kindergarten Pre-Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year will be open Tuesday, April 8, 2025
Checklist for Pre-Registration
- Complete Kindergarten Pre-Enrollment Form (Form will become active April 8, 2025)
- Email a copy of your child's official birth certificate. A child must be five (5) years old on or before September 1, 2025.
- Email a state or government-issued photo ID with your name and current address
- Email birth certificate and ID to [email protected]
- Please note that all items (completed enrollment form, ID, and birth certificate) must be received to process pre-registration.
- This is pre-registration only. Parents/Guardians will complete registration through the PowerSchool Parent Portal in Summer 2025. This will require proof of residency, health documentation, and other registration related questions.
Required Health Records
Please bring completed health records, along with your child's official birth certificate, to the Kindergarten screening.

- Certificate of Child Health Examination - English (Due before first day of attendance)
- Certificate of Child Health Examination - Spanish (Due before first day of attendance)
- Proof of School Dental Examination Form - English (Due by May 15, 2026)
- Proof of School Dental Examination Form - Spanish (Due by May 15, 2026)
- Eye Examination Report - English Only (Due by October 15, 2025)
