We are proud to share the 2026 Illinois Report Card designations for our schools. Westchester Intermediate School earned an Exemplary designation, Westchester Middle School earned an Approaching Exemplary designation, and Westchester Primary School earned a Commendable designation.

WIS is now among the top 10 percent of schools in Illinois, with no underperforming student groups. This is especially meaningful because WIS was designated Underperforming in 2018 because of the performance of students with disabilities. WMS continues to show strong achievement and growth, and the foundation students receive at WPS plays an important role in their future success.

These results reflect the hard work of our students, staff, administrators, families, and Board of Education. We should be proud, while continuing to focus on the areas where our students need additional support.
