Use a scanned picture and a frame to create a special keepsake for a parent or guardian. (If the frame is printed and then glued to a heavier back before being cut out, it will have a better look.)
This bulb has a transparent center.
This frame also has a transparent center.
This frame is all white. A picture would need to be put in the front of it.
This frame has an inner border to enhance the effect. It also has a transparent center.
(Inner borders can be made by using the box and giving it a fill color. Then place your picture over it, being careful to keep all borders the same size. You may need to ask about the "snap to grid" option on the Draw tool bar if you have trouble with your final sizing.)
These can be printed, backed with heavier paper, and cut out.
They can then be attached to the frame to create a 3D effect if desired.
