Students in Reading Club work in small groups to enjoy stories and learn the skills and strategies necessary to become life long readers. Motivation is high and students have successful reading experiences that support classroom success. A teacher works with a small group of multi-age students to offer the students lessons in decoding, strategies for comprehension, and written response that will help students succeed on standardized exams and in the classroom.
