Mileage Club
The WIS mileage club will consist of 30 students who have a desire to learn about a healthy lifestyle and put it into action by exercising. We will have short discussions about a health related topic and then strap on the pedometers and either walk or jog for the rest of our time together. I estimate about 20 minutes of exercise time. We will keep track of our mileage as individuals as well as the group and set goals along the way.
