Strategy #1  
Within 6 months, we will identify specific communication barriers and make recommendations to improve internal and external communication systems with all of our partners. 

Strategy #2  
Within 12 months, we will study issues resulting from increased mobility.  We will design, develop, or find screening and assessment approaches to provide entry data for students new to the district and define best practice delivery and support options to meet the developmental needs of the children. 

Strategy #3  
Within 12 months, we will identify current special education service needs and make recommendations for effective program delivery. 

Strategy #4   
Within 18 months, we will re-evaluate programs and services designed to meet the needs of non-special education students and make recommendations to augment existing programs as necessary. 

Strategy #5 
Within 18 months, we will investigate engaged learning instructional delivery approaches. 

Strategy #6 
Within 24 months, we will investigate strategies to improve our home/school partnership.
